Step 3 HANDOVER TO COURIER & RECEIVE YOUR EXCHANGED PRODUCT — If your pin code has a reverse pickup facility, a courier person will come to your doorstep once the return process is initiated, handover the packed box to the courier person for return. You will receive a replacement product if its in stock or else refund in the form of AALA Cash once we have received the package in our warehouse. You can also self-ship your products.
